August 29, 2016 – Two major refineries in the Midwest have asked JCL Risk Services to develop updated procedures for Facility Siting Studies and to perform these reviews at their plant sites. The clients indicated that the expertise in reviewing existing event potentials and modeling consequences were key criteria in selecting JCL.
